INFRARED THERMOMETER

Yesterday Alejandro Agudo, a 6º II student , brought in the Science session a very interesting instrument
to measure temperature:

AN INFRARED THERMOMETER

What is an Infrared Thermometer?
It is a non-contact temperature measurement device.
Infrared Thermometers detect the infrared energy emitted by all materials -- at temperatures above absolute zero, (0°Kelvin)-- and converts the energy factor into a temperature reading.
